DUBAI // A chauffeur tried to blackmail his employer’s wife into having sex with him, a court heard yesterday.
YE, 22, from Pakistan, told the woman he had indecent pictures of her that he would give to her husband if she did not sleep with him, prosecutors told the Criminal Court.
The driver had been hired by the husband a few months earlier and started flirting with the woman immediately. She warned him against such behaviour but he persisted so on September 4 she reported him to police.
At the Criminal Court the chauffeur confessed to a charge of blackmail. A verdict is expected on December 18.
