Motorists faced delays in Abu Dhabi on Sunday in several parts of the city.
There were tailbacks on Salam Street in both directions, while the E22 close to Maqta Bridge and the E20 by Capital Gate were also busy heading into the city.
Major roadworks are taking place around Sheikh Zayed Tunnel and this is leading to at least some of the delays around A
Elsewhere in the UAE, it was heavy going on the 311 and E11 heading from Sharjah into Dubai. Sharjah city streets were also clogged with traffic.
In Fujairah, it was also busy on the main drag, Hamad bin Abdulla Street, as road works continue to improve the busy street.
