Motorists experienced significant delays in different parts of the UAE during the rush hour commute on Monday morning.
Two traffic accidents were reported on Al Ghuwaifat Road heading towards Abu Dhabi causing significant delays.
Motorists heading into Dubai faced bumper-to-bumper traffic on Al Itihad Road, Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Khalil Road.
Delays in Dubai were reported on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road from the National Paints roundabout in Sharjah to Mirdif City Centre.
Also, congestion was reported on the Airport tunnel, Dubai Investments Park and Al Barsha.
Sheikh Zayed Road is said to be relatively clear.
In Abu Dhabi, slow traffic was reported on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street.
