Sharjah experienced the most traffic on Wednesday morning with major roads and highways experiencing some backlog.

Al Ittihad Road from the Safeer Mall to the Deira City Centre was heavily congested going into Dubai as well as from Galleria Mall in Ajman all the way to the Wasit Power Station in Sharjah.

The Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road was also congested from Sharjah’s Al Tarfa area all the way to the Mirdif City Centre in Dubai.

In Abu Dhabi, Salam Street was congested in both directions, as well as Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street from Sas Al Nakheel Village to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain Road around Al Maqta Bridge.

International Airport Road was also busy near the capital’s airport and there was some backlog on the Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Street near Madinat Zayed.
