Mubadala Aerospace builds major sections of the Boeing 777 and 787 Dreamliner aeroplanes at its Strata Manufacturing plant in Al Ain.
The 10-year contract ensures the production of commercial composite aerostructures for the airlines.
The Dh3.67bn project made Strata a future supplier of the vertical fin for the Dreamliner, a major composite assembly for Boeing's most advanced aeroplane programme.
The agreement was signed at the Global Aerospace Summit in Abu Dhabi in April.
Mubadala Aerospace is a division of Mubadala Development, a strategic investment company owned by the Abu Dhabi Government.
