A lorry caught fire on a busy Abu Dhabi road on Tuesday evening.
Thick plumes of smoke filled the air after the heavy goods vehicle blaze on Channel Street, near to Al Raha Mall at about 7pm.
The cause of the fire is not known.
One motorist in the area said traffic did not initially appear to be disrupted by the incident.
