Parking will be free across Dubai except in multilevel parking zones on Sunday, November 18 to mark the Prophet's birthday.

Fees will be restored on Monday, November 19, according to the Roads and Transport Authority.

The RTA also announced adjusted operating hours for all public transport for the duration of the holiday.

Bus timings will also be affected, with main stations such as the Gold Souk station and the Al Ghubaiba station operating from 4.25am to 12.29am.

Sub-stations such as Al Satwa will run from 5am to 11pm but its Route C01 will remain in operation around the clock.

Al Qusais station will operate from 5am to 11.45am while Al Quoz Industrial station will run from 5.am to 11.35pm and Jebel Ali from 5am to 11.30pm.

The Metro’s Red Line stations will operate from 5am to midnight and the Green Line stations will run until midnight, to start operating from 5.30am.

Dubai Tram will be operational from 6am to 1am the following day.
