Ajman collision kills two Emiratis

The accident happened close to the Khan Sahib area when a 22-year-old Emirati lost control of his car at high speed and crossed into the other lane.

AJMAN// Two Emiratis died and one suffered serious injuries after two cars collided in Ajman new industrial area.

The accident happened close to the Khan Sahib area when AN, a 22-year-old Emirati, lost control of his car at high speed and crossed into the other lane and hit a car being driven in the opposite direction by an Asian man, identified as MWF.

AN was killed in the crash along with an Emirati who was travelling in the front passenger seat. An Emirait who was sat in the rear of the car suffered serious injuries. MWF only suffered minor injuries.

Police and rescue crews took the injured men to Khalifa hospital for treatment. The bodies of the decreased were taken to the hospital morgue.

Lt Col Shuaib Kajor, head of the Traffic and Patrol department, urged motorist to follow speed limits and to exercise cautious while driving.
