BRUSSELS // Europe's highest court ruled yesterday that EU sanctions on Yassin Kadi, a Saudi businessman, were unjustified.
The court said there was not enough evidence that he was involved in terrorist activities.
Mr Kadi was put on a European Union blacklist after being included on a United Nations list of people suspected of supporting Osama bin Laden.
