Abu Dhabi taxis will have new light boxes on their roofs by September to make their status easier to identify.
Thirty taxis will be fitted with light boxes to read "taxi" or "vacant" with a green light, or "hired", '"on call'" or "busy" with a red light. Messages will be in Arabic and English.
