Slow morning for Sharjah commuters to Dubai

Slow moving traffic was reported today on E311 Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road from Sharjah to Dubai.

Heavy traffic was also building up on D65 Al Marabea Street in Al Barsha 2, Al Khawaneej Road around Mirdif and on D74 Al Ittihad Road.

Further tailbacks were reported on D79 Oud Metha road to Umm Hurair 2, on Exit 52 - E44 Al Awir Road from Al Warqa'a 1 to Ras Al Khor and on D67 Al Manama Street from International City to Dubai

In the capital, heavy congestion was reported on E22 Abu Dhabi - Al Ain, from Mahwi to Gate City, on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street and on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street.

Abu Dhabi Police urged motorists to be cautious  on Sultan Bin Zayed Street at Hazza Bin Zayed Street outbound due to water accumulation that is affecting all lanes.

An accident on E22 Abudhabi - Al Ain road after Mazyed Mall Br Inbound blocked the right lane occurred at 7:24am and was cleared by Abu Dhabi Police.

Dubai police reported a traffic jam due to truck accident on Al Aweer Street, opposite to Enoc petrol station. Next to Dragon Mart, towards Hatta.
