Crown Prince discusses potential co-operation with Chinese tech giant
Potential partnerships with Chinese telecoms giant Huawei and UAE firms have been discussed at talks hosted by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
Sheikh Mohamed met with Guo Ping, Huawei chairman, and other representatives of the Chinese multinational tech firm at Al Shati Palace on Friday.
Discussion centred around the potential of co-operation between Huawei and telecoms and technology companies in the UAE, as well as the exchange of expertise and training.
The meeting touched on the latest innovations of Artificial Intelligence and its current and future uses.
