Sheikh Mansour attends signing of Absher initiative MoU

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, attended the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding today that will help to employ Emiratis in the private sector, the state news agency Wam said.

Part of the Absher Initiative, the MoU joins together MoPA, the Abu Dhabi Council for Tawteen, the National Human Resources Development and Employment Authority (Tanmia) and the Programme of the Development of National Cadres.

The Ministry of Presidential Affairs will cover a third of the salary of each trainee and will also lend financial support for their training.

The programme will recruit 1,000 Eirati graduates in the first training session, Wam said.
