ABU DHABI // The UAE's Foreign Minister has met with his Czech counterpart to discuss improved relations.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan received Karel Schwarzenberg, the Czech Minister for Foreign Affairs, in Abu Dhabi on Thursday.
The meeting reviewed ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation in all fields, "particularly in energy", according to a WAM report.
The two ministers also exchanged views on a variety of issues of mutual concern and current regional and international developments.
Schwarzenberg is currently on a tour of the region and on Sunday met with the Saudi foreign minister, Prince Saud Al-Faisal.
