Almost 630 Emiratis start work today at Abu Dhabi Health Services (Seha) as part of an initiative to help develop careers in health care.
Seha has been working with the Tawteen Council for Emiratisation, which plans to open 6,000 public-sector jobs under the directive of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

Seha has employed 627 Emiratis who will undergo training from today across departments in all of its facilities.
"Recruiting UAE nationals within the healthcare sector is an initiative we fully encourage and support," said Mohamed Hamad Al Hameli, the chief of support services at Seha.
"Our focus is to help local citizens develop their skills and enhance their knowledge in order to play a key role in advancing the sector as a whole.
"This initiative emphasises the role played by government entities to harness the Emirati human resources in Abu Dhabi."
Seha has launched Intelaqa, a programme designed to train Emirati candidates and prepare them for jobs that have been nominated for them.
Seha said it had developed a plan to attract, develop and retain Emiratis in all departments and facilities.
