A school bus driver died and seven pupils were injured when two buses collided with another vehicle in Abu Dhabi yesterday afternoon.
The accident happened on the outbound lanes of the Maqta Bridge.
The seven injured students were transferred to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City on Abu Dhabi island for treatment.
Lieutenant Mabkoot Al Kathairi, operations officer at Abu Dhabi Police, said investigations were continuing into the cause of the accident.
