A third man has been arrested over an armed robbery in which Dh1 million was stolen from a money exchange, the Attorney General said today.
Essam Al Humaidan said the man was thought to have provided a pistol and other items to the two men who carried out the robbery, which occurred in the Motor City branch of Redha Al Ansari on Sunday afternoon.
Two men burst in with a pistol and stole Dh1m in cash and foreign exchange in a raid that took less than 30 seconds.
Three men were referred to public prosecution on Wednesday morning.
