Fujairah Police discovered the bodies of an Emirati couple in a car on Al Faqeet beach in Dibba Al Fujairah. A forensic doctor has examined the bodies but the causes of death have yet to be determined.
Maj Saif Al Zahmi, the director of Dibba Al Fujairah police station, said the station received a notification from Ajman Police at 2pm on Sunday about an Emirati couple, who were reported missing a few days ago, found dead on the beach in Al Faqeet area, which is under the jurisdiction of Fujairah Police.
He added the car was found locked with the dead couple inside. They were identified through their ID cards.
Maj Al Zahmi said the case is still under investigation.
