A motorcyclist has sustained severe injuries after swerving off the road in Ras Al Khaimah.
The crash happened in the Munay area on Saturday and the injured man was rushed to hospital by air ambulance.
A video posted on social media by the Ministry of Interior showed emergency services responding to the incident.
Medics were able to stabilise the victim before flying him to Fujairah Hospital for treatment.
“The air ambulance crew of the Air Wing Department rescued an Arab man after he sustained major injuries in a motorbike accident,” the post said.
