The Happiness Journey runs 4pm to 10pm daily starting Friday through to Tuesday March 20 at the Dubai Design District (d3).

The Block, a brand new recreational space, and will focus on happiness and wellbeing themes including Mind Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing, Emotional Wellbeing, Gastronomy and Art, highlighting their importance in attaining happiness.

The Happiness Journey includes a series of unique cognitive experiences, events, diverse sessions and inspirational open dialogues with the participation of local, regional and international speakers, and happiness and wellbeing experts.
