Former F1 racer David Coulthard spun around in Infiniti Red Bull Racing's 750bhp car on the helipad of Burj Al Arab last month in celebration of Red Bull winning the Formula One Drivers' and Constructors' championship at the F1 Airtel Indian Grand Prix. But how did the machine get to the top of the hotel?
