The UAE will celebrate its National Day on December 2 with the government declaring both Sunday and Monday as public holidays.
All around the country bunting, flags, Year of Zayed signs and more for 47th National Day celebrations.
Fireworks will light up the sky, live concerts will be music to the ears, theatre shows will take centre stage, while parades and air shows will give everyone a chance to get in on the fun.
On the roads, thousands have already arranged this year's decals on their vehicles.
More than 22,000 people are expected to pack into the stadium for This is Zayed. This is the UAE, a high-energy tribute to the UAE's Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed.
