The 15th International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (Adihex) is expected to kick off in the capital on September 12.

The event, which is dedicated to fishing, equestrian pursuits, marine sports, safaris, and arts and crafts, as well as culture and heritage, will take place from 11am to 10pm each day until September 16.

Organisers expect more than 100,000 visitors this year to witness displays in falconry, outdoors sports, weapons, surveillance devices, clothing, equestrian, archery and other pursuits.

Admission tickets are are priced at Dh20 per day, Dh60 for all days and Dh500 for VIP tickets. Visitors can register by visiting the website.

Two years ago, more than Dh30 million worth of knives and guns were purchased at Adihex.
