ABU DHABI // Healthpoint hospital has joined forces with Manchester City Football Club to hold a sports medicine conference in the capital.
The conference, which took place on Saturday at Yas Viceroy Hotel, focussed on how to treat and prevent sports injuries to football players.
Specialist sports doctors and physiotherapists from the UAE, UK, Portugal and Turkey participated in the event, which was attended by 120 administrators and medical staff from Man City and local football clubs.
