Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi hosts Sea Palace barza
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, met with members of the Emirates Writers Union during a Sea Palace barza on Monday.
During the meeting, Sheikh Mohamed welcomed his guests and wished them success for the future.
He also spoke about the importance of writers in increasing awareness, shaping knowledge and promoting concepts of national identity and good values.
Sheikh Mohamed said that, as the Arab world faces challenges, the role of writers has never been as important.
