Sheikh Mohamed led a UAE delegation to Egypt, one of the country's longest-standing allies in the region.
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, was among the dignitaries accompanying Sheikh Mohamed.
The visit, announced on Sheikh Mohamed's Twitter account, is his second to Egypt in a matter of months.
In March, he toured the nation's under construction resort city of New Alamein as part of an official state visit.
Sheikh Mohamed was accompanied by his host, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, who is also the driving force behind the construction west of the city of Alexandria as well as around a dozen new cities across Egypt and a string of mega infrastructure projects.
