Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, offered condolences on Saturday to the father of Corporal Abdul Rahman Ibrahim Al Baloushi, who died in a car accident in Saudi Arabia last week.
Corporal Al Baloushi, who was in Saudi Arabia taking part in the Saudi-led Arab coalition, Operation Restoring Hope, died after the car he was travelling in overturned.
Earlier this month, three other soldiers serving in Operation Restoring Hope were killed in the line of duty. First Corporals Juma Al Hammadi, Khalid Al Shehhi, and Fahim Al Habsi were buried last Sunday. Hundreds of mourners attended the funerals.
