The Ministry of Interior received 10 of 26 awards given to various Federal entities.
Eleven individuals were honoured for initiatives in their respective fields and departments.
Sheikh Mohammed said: "Winning the awards is also a call to further continue the development of leadership, innovation and creativity. Awards are not restricted to individual winners but are a collective achievement for the entire nation.
"Every hardworking individual deserves to win and the winning opportunities are open to all. The winners create the UAE's future."
Manar Mohammed Al Hammadi, a blind woman who is a senior advocate for national affairs at the Sharjah Courts, received special appreciation.
"It was like a dream comes true for me when Sheikh Mohammed honoured me," said Ms Al Hammadi. "I am so happy. I don't have any problem with my hearing but face some problems moving around the court, one corner to the other. I use a white stick to move ahead.
"During the court sessions, I write discussions and make documentations with the help of braille."
Rashid Mohammed Al Mansouri, minister counsellor and charge de affaires at the UAE Embassy in Baghdad, received an individual honour. He said he had no idea he was going to win.
