Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid attended the Emirati Media Forum on Monday.
During his visit, the Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, praised the role of local media in delivering a moderate message and adopting a balanced view about events in the region.
Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, as he toured the forum.
On Monday, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed received the Singaporean Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law K Shanmugam, at Al Bahr Palace.
The two discussed avenues for joint security co-operation.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi also met with a delegation from the International Conference of Sports for Women at the palace.
He welcomed the women and was briefed on the most important activities, programmes, workshops, and issues that will be discussed at the conference.
In Cairo, Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, visited the National Institute of Oncology, where he visited children with cancer and delivered a speech.
He also praised the role played by his wife and the President and Founder of Friends of Cancer Patients Society, Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, in supporting cancer research institutions and centres in the Arab Republic of Egypt and across the world.
