A ‘Back to School’ programme is being organised by Dubai Cares during Ramadan to support young Syrian refugees in Jordan.

Dubai Cares requires 2,000 volunteers to assemble 50,000 school kits that will be distributed to children affected by the Syrian crisis.

Volunteers can choose to participate on one or more days between 3.30 to 7pm at the Al Boom Tourist Village from May 26 until 29.

Applications must be submitted by May 15 and selection will be on a first come first served basis.

Residents have been asked to register on the Dubai Cares website or on the Dubai volunteer app.
