Fire drill in Abu Dhabi to cause traffic delays
Civil Defence will be evacuating Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid Tower at 9am on Wednesday

Abu Dhabi motorists should expect delays on some roads surrounding Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid Tower on Wednesday morning as Civil Defence will be carrying out a fire drill.
The Ministry of Interior said Abu Dhabi’s Civil Defence will hold the exercise, code-named Tower, at the World Trade Center at 9am to measure the readiness of their teams and partners in countering accidents and emergencies.
The 88-storey tower, which was completed in 2014, is considered the tallest tower in the emirate and the fourth tallest in the country after Burj Khalifa, Princess Tower, 23 Marina and Elite Residence in Dubai.
