A fire broke out in front of a pavilion at Global Village in Dubai on Tuesday.

Dubai Media Office said the small fire has since been extinguished by Civil Defence and Global Village is still receiving visitors.
The two pavilions adjacent to the site of the fire were evacuated to ensure the safety of visitors but are expected to be reopened within an hour.
