ABU DHABI // Faith is the biggest blessing bestowed upon humans because with it reform can be achieved, worshippers will be told in today's sermon.

"Faith in Allah is the goal behind all divine messages ... it is to be said by tongue and believed by heart," the sermon says.

The pillars of faith are: believing in Allah, his angels, the holy books and his prophets, Judgement Day, and destiny, whether good or bad.

"With faith, good and reform can be established, and evil and hardship pushed away, and it is a door for winning in this life and to be saved in the afterlife," the sermon says.

Faith is also the saviour in the afterlife. A hadith by the Prophet Mohammed says whoever bears witness that there is no God but Allah, and Mohammed is his messenger, and dies believing in them without any doubt, will enter heaven.

Moreover, even some Muslims who enter hell because of their sins and wrongdoings will not stay there forever, as eventually they will be transferred to Heaven because of their true belief in Allah, another hadith says: "When the people of Paradise will enter Paradise and the people of Hell will go to Hell, Allah will order those who have had faith equal to the weight of a grain of mustard seed to be taken out from Hell. So they will be taken out but they will be blackened. Then they will be put in the river of Haya' [rain] or Hayat [life], and they will revive like a grain that grows near the bank of a flood channel. Don't you see that it comes out yellow and twisted."
