Another hot but cloudy day is forecast for much of the Emirates on Thursday with temperatures likely to peak at 45C but feeling more like 60C with 33 per cent humidity.
Abu Dhabi and Dubai will experience similar weather patterns, with a 22km per hour warm north-west wind blowing up across much of the country.
Overnight temperatures won’t fall much below 33C in coastal areas, with similar weather forecast for the weekend.
There will be more sun further north in Ras Al Khaimah and less cloud, but will be slightly cooler on the east coast in Fujairah where temperatures will reach 40C, but it is going to feel more uncomfortable with 60 per cent humidity.
