In Dubai, the temperature will reach 39°C. Abu Dhabi is forecast to be a touch warmer with a maximum of 40°C.
Humidity along the coast is forecast to reach 90 per cent while the interior could be at 85 per cent.
The mountains will reach a maximum temperature of 34°C with 65 per cent humidity.
Conditions will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
The night-time humidity into Friday morning over some coastal and internal areas brings a chance of fog or mist.
