UAE weather: Rainfall likely in eastern regions
Humidity will rise over the next two days with winds picking up and the likelihood of rain on Monday.
Cloudy conditions will intensify over eastern areas, according to the National Centre for Meteorology.
Scattered showers are likely, predominantly over the eastern region until Tuesday.
According to the centre's Twitter page, a number of eastern regions - including parts of Fujairah, Sharjah and Al Ain - had experienced rain overnight.
Temperatures will range from 21 to 42°C in the interior regions, 22 to 39°C along the coast and 15 to 30°C in the mountains.
The maximum humidity would be 65 to 85 per cent across coastal areas, 55 to 85 per cent in interior regions and between 40 to 60 per cent in the mountains.
The highest temperature recorded on Saturday was 40.01°C in Madinat Zayed and the lowest the mercury dipped was 15.9°C in the Jais mountains.
