Fair to partly cloudy skies are expected across the UAE today, but some areas may see a few raindrops, forecasters say.

Temperatures reached as low as 4.8°C at Jebel Jais, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology, with other lows coming from Mebreh mountain, Raknah, Hamim and Al Wathbah.

The weather service said that some areas, particularly over the western coasts and islands, will experience low cloud coverage. As winds pick up at times, residents should be cautious of blowing dust causing poor visibility.

Humidity is expected to increase at night and early morning.

Seas start the day rough, but both the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea will become moderate by afternoon.
