UAE weather: Hot and hazy day as fresh winds stir up dust
ABU DHABI // Weather forecasters expect a hot and hazy day, with some areas partly cloudy.
Expect moderate to fresh winds, causing blowing dust and sand over the west, said the National Centre of Meteorology & Seismology (NCMS).
Temperatures will be as high as 37°C on the coast and 42°C in the interior.
Daytime temperatures are expected to fall over some areas, with increased clouds over the eastern areas by afternoon, reported the online forecast of the NCMS.
Relative humidity will increase during the night and early morning over coastal and inland areas, with a chance of fog.
Humidity is expected to reach highs of 70 to 95 per cent on the coast, and 60 to 95 in the interior.
The weather on tomorrow and on Friday will be relatively hot and hazy.
On Friday, there will be a chance of towering clouds over the eastern areas, with rough seas over the Arabian Gulf, the forecast adds.
