More rain is expected in some areas including Al Ain and parts of the country in the south and east on Sunay.
Heat and humidity levels will rise with hazy and overcast conditions predicted over the next two days.
Cloud cover will also increase over the eastern and some southern areas with rain likely in southern Qasyoura and Al Quaa, according to a forecast from the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology.
Moderate winds will pick up sand and dust across the exposed areas of the country, decreasing visibility, and "very hot weather" will continue, the centre said.
Humidity levels will rise overnight and during the early morning hours on Monday with a chance of mist.
Temperatures will range from 34°C to 48°C in the interior regions, 33°C to 42°C along the coast, and 25°C to 37°C in the mountains.
Maximum humidity will be between 65 to 85 per cent across coastal regions, between 60 to 75 per cent in internal areas and 40 to 55 per cent in the mountains.
The highest temperature recorded in the country was 50.6°C in Mezaira on Saturday afternoon and the lowest temperature recorded was 26.9°C in the Jais mountains.
