UAE weather: forecasters warn of rough sea conditions
Temperatures could reach 41°C along the coast today
Strong winds and rough seas are predicted over the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea until 1pm on Sunday, the National Centre for Meteorology reported.
Wave height could reach 0.9 metes to 1.8 metres offshore in the Arabian Gulf. The centre warned residents to be on the lookout if they are undertaking any maritime activity.
Meanwhile, the weather is forecast to be fair to partly cloudy in general, with some clouds to develop over eastern areas by afternoon. Temperatures are expected to range through the day between 23°C and 43°C inland, 24°C to 41°C along the coast and 21°C to 36°C in the mountains.
Humidity levels would increase at night and in the early hours of the morning in inland and coastal regions, with a chance of mist and fog formation.
