The high humidity is set to continue for Abu Dhabi and Dubai on Monday, climbing as high as 90 per cent over some parts of the UAE.

The weather will mainly be sunny, with some cloud in the afternoon, especially east and southwards, the National Centre of Meteorology forecast.

The humidity will be at its highest in the evening and early the next day with mist likely to form, especially in the west.

Abu Dhabi is predicted to have a top temperatures of 44°C, with a maximum of 43°C for Dubai.

Moderate south-easterly to north-easterly winds will probably kick up sand across the country.

Conditions will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
