Top temperatures could reach 38°C in Dubai and 38°C in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, the National Centre of Meteorology said.
It is expected to be humid by night and early on Friday morning over some coastal and inland areas, with a probability of fog, especially in the west.
In some parts of the country, particularly in coastal regions, humidity levels are expected to hit as high as 90 per cent, the weather bureau said.
Winds way may reach speeds of up to up to 38kmph inland and in mountainous regions.
Conditions will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
