Rain is forecast over the UAE for the next five days, the government's weather centre said on Sunday.
An unusual prolonged period of unsettled weather is expected with extensive cloud cover and humidity accompanied by outbreaks of rain, the National Centre for Meteorology said.

Morning fog could also pose a problem for driver making the morning commute, as visibility is likely to reduce on major roads.
Humidity will be high in the coastal cities and in the north.
Daytime temperatures will reach a peak of about 35C during the days ahead, with wind speed approaching 40kph also likely to make driving a challenge as sand is blown around in exposed areas.
Unsettled weather is likely to continue for much of the working week and into Friday.
Although rainfall is welcome across the country, previous days of heavy downpours have caused chaos on the roads.
Drivers should slow down where there is standing water and use their lights when visibility is poor.
Forecasters from NCM posted videos of a storm and heavy rain on the east coast on Saturday to their Twitter feed, alerting motorists to take extra care.
The rain is reported to have hit Fujairah's Masafi region as well as RAK's Wadi Al Ejili.
