DUBAI // More than 5,000 vehicles are expected to stay off the roads this Wednesday as more than 27 government, schools, and private sector institutes participate in the fourth annual Car Free Day in Dubai.

Last year, 18 organisations participated to get 3,500 vehicles off the road.
