A 42-year-old Emirati was found dead in his vehicle in Fujairah on Thursday.
Fujairah Police said that the vehicle was found in Merbah area north of Fujairah at 7:45am on Thursday.
“Merbah police station received a report at 7:45am on Thursday stating that a body of an Emirati man was found in a vehicle in Merbah,” said Saeed Al Hassani, head of the media department at Fujairah Police.
Police patrols were dispatched to the site and the body was taken to the general hospital.
Further details were not immediately available but police said foul play was not suspected.
“There were no criminal suspicions found after examining the scene and the body,” he added.
The body is now with his family for burial.
