Nasser Al Baloushi, 23, was buried yesterday after he died in his car when it fell from the second rest area on Jebel Hafeet in Al Ain and landed near the base.
The Emirati man was married and had a six-month-old child.
His brother said Nasser had performed Umrah five months ago.
The family was already mourning the loss of the man's older brother, who died of cancer three months ago.
