Emirates Identity Authority approves 131 typing centres to use new e-forms

The authority will now reject old e-forms filled at any typing centre in the four emirates. New e-forms filled in typing centres that are not approved will also be rejected.

The Emirates Identity Authority has approved 131 typing centres in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah to use its recently launched e-form.

The authority will now reject old e-forms filled at any typing centre in the four emirates. New e-forms filled in typing centres that are not approved will also be rejected.

The new e-form is aimed at cutting the amount of hassle experienced by residents applying for ID card services. The authority claims an application can now be made in 10 simple steps that take less than 15 minutes.
