Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed honours Emirati students at graduation ceremony

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs praised Emirati learners making their mark at universities around the world

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed paid tribute to dozens of Emiratis studying overseas at a graduation ceremony in Abu Dhabi.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs led a government delegation honouring the 90 foreign mission graduates - across the 2017-18 and 2019-19 academic years - at an event held at Emirates Palace in the capital.

Sheikh Mansour congratulated the high-achievers on their success, hailing them as the true wealth of the Emirates.

He offered his hope that their efforts would inspire others to follow in their path.

Sheikh Mansour reaffirmed the Ministry of Presidential Affairs's commitment to encouraging Emiratis to hone their skills at prestigious universities across the globe.

The ceremony was organised by the Scholarship Office of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.

Sheikh Mansour was joined at the gathering - held under the theme '20 Years of Future Generations' - by senior political figures such as Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak, Minister of Tolerance, Suhail Al Mazroui, Minister of Energy and Industry, Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, Nasser Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Hessa Buhumaid, Minister of Community Development.
