Nine public schools in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are now able to issue and attest pupils’ transcripts.

These services were previously offered only at three Abu Dhabi Education Council customer service centres. Adec has launched a three-phase development plan that aims to improve the quality of services offered to public school pupils and parents.

The nine schools are Al Hosn, Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib, Salama bin Butti, Al Reyada, Abu Krayyah, Shakhbout bin Sultan, Al Hayar, Al Naeem and Al Refa’a.

Transcripts from private schools will continue to be issued and attested at regional customer service centres.

“Our aim is to make it easy for customers to get their transcripts attested and not have to travel long distances for simple transactional services,” said Saoud Al Neyadi, customer services division manager at Adec. “Over the coming months we will increase the number of services offered at schools as well as the number of schools that provide these services.”
