The chancellor of the American University of Sharjah, Dr Peter Heath, was taken to Dubai's Rashid Hospital yesterday following a stroke. The university tweeted the news last night.
Good wishes for Dr Heath, who has worked at the university since 2008, quickly flooded in via Twitter.
